A BIG Holistic IT welcome our new starter ‘Patrick Louis-Jean’!
Patrick has joined the Holistic IT this month to head up our Managed Service Team as our ‘Technical Manager’. Patrick is a seasoned IT professional with well over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry, honing his technical skills and accreditation’s with some of the areas managed service businesses as well as heading up IT teams / departments for the likes of Hallam Medical, Danwood and Cutler IT!
Patricks skills include:
MCP, MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certified.
Experienced in the management of IT including creation of Service Levels Agreements and Disaster Recovery Plans.
His key achievements include: Managing and performing Digital Transformations, Implementing networking and security infrastructures and migrating core services to a visualised environments.
He also specialises in : Windows Server, Virtualisation and all things Managed service to name but a few.
Patrick brings with him a raft of ideas, enthusiasm and industry experience to help and drive continued improvements for our new and existing customers.
