We are really pleased to welcome ‘Jack Summers’ to the team!

A BIG Holistic IT welcome our new starter ‘Jack Summers’!

Jack joins us as an ‘IT Engineer’, to support our Managed Service clients new and old. Jack most recently was an IT Support Team Leader (1st & 2nd Line) at the DN Colleges Group!

His expertise is vast for a relatively short IT career, with hands on experience in fully managed support services for over 4 years, providing top level support to customers with only the highest level of quality. He is fully ITIL qualified, and knowledgeable in many areas which include Microsoft products, 365, printers, networks, hyper-v, server 2008-2012, MS Windows XP up to 10.

Jack brings with him bags full of enthusiasm and we are really excited to introduce him to all our clients new and old. He will be working within our technical team focusing on developing and refining our ever expanding portfolio of first class enterprise technology solutions, cloud services, managed services and consultancy.
